It is important for us to offer you everything you may wish for in your holidays. Modern design, high-quality furnishings and cosy details enhance your relaxation and comfort. At our Gamz Villa you will find a place to unwind from the first moment. The kitchenette of your apartment is fully equipped with all you need to cook and eat; you will also find an induction cooktop with 4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee machine and fridge with small freezing unit. In your living area satellite TV and radio are provided. The apartment ist also equipped with towels and bedlinen.
Wake up, open your eyes and take in the mountain scenery. You can let your eyes wander over the magnificent Dolomites, our village Sexten or the famous Sexten Sundial from your living area or the spacious balcony. The Villa is situated only five minutes from Gamz Apart, the brand new Helmjet cablecar and in direct reach of your holiday adventures.
In summer your bike can be safely stored at our bike room.
To safely deposit your skiing equipment in winter, for each apartment we provide a heated ski box. The access is by your key of the apartment.
As you are within foot range of your mountain experiences you can park your car for the duration of your stay on the parking lot of our Gamz Villa.
To provide holidays without worries or cares, the price for final cleaning of your Villa apartment is included in the price, as well as a change of towels and bedlinen in the middle of the week (by stays of at least 1 week). The washing machine in the laundry room can be used free of charge. For cleaning your apartment during your stay, we charge between € 20.00 and € 50.00 and daily cleaning can be booked for € 10.00/day.
For all of those, who want to check their mails or send the most beautiful holiday pics to their friends and families, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the house – for internet surfers, for video streamers, for insta-posters and e-book readers.
As a guest of our Gamz Villa you can simply book your breakfast at the Gamz Apart. Prices: € 18,00 for adults, € 14,00 for children from 10 to 17 years, € 8,00 for children from 3 to 9 years. In the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. you can enjoy tea and coffee specialities as well as homemade cakes, coffee and refreshing aperitifs at our main house Gamz Apart (not included in the apartment price).
